Tasks

-Identify opportunities for vendor management improvement and optimized contract spend. -Support budget management and work package alignment to ensure efficient project delivery. -Manage full lifecycle of complex contracts, including scope oversight, change management, claims/disputes, progress payments, schedule tracking, and close-out. -Advise project teams on procurement approaches, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and contract interpretation. -Provide guidance on contracting strategies, scopes, specifications, RFx documents, and final contract packages. -Maintain stakeholder and supplier relationships through communication, issue resolution, and reporting. -Monitor, validate, and report on contract performance, financial indicators, and supplier compliance.

What You Bring

-Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-influence, and project management abilities. -Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -SCMP-PMAC, IACCM, or PMP certification (full or partial) considered beneficial. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience. -Minimum 12 years of progressive contract management experience with high-complexity contracts.
