Tasks

-Review, validate, and process invoices — ensuring fair and timely payments. -Prepare ad-hoc commercial and financial reports for senior management. -Liaise with the supply chain to chase tenders, insurances, and signed contracts. -Help keep the team on track by meeting tight deadlines and maintaining commercial governance. -Keep financial trackers and reports up to date and accurate. -Maintain digital records and ensure all contracts are signed via DocuSign. -Support procurement activities: compile tender documents, update procurement plans, and analyse costs vs. forecasts.

What You Bring

-Able to gain UK MoD Security Clearance -Strong understanding of commercial processes and reporting. -Proficiency with Oracle (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel -Ability to interpret data, meet deadlines, and solve problems efficiently. -Able to commute and work onsite at HA6 -Confident working with client representatives and internal teams. -Excellent communication and organisational skills. -A proactive mindset — ready to adopt digital tools and drive continuous improvement. -Experience in a financial or commercial environment.
