Tasks

-Coordinate with general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and the owner verbally and in writing -Perform Functional Performance Tests (FPT), and Level 5 Integrated Systems Tests (IST). -Responsible for onsite execution and witnessing of tests -Perform periodic Site Observation Visits during construction and preparing Site Observation Reports -Work around live components, three phase AC Power Systems, Direct Current (DC) power systems, and fire alarm systems. -Manage the resolution of Commissioning Issues -Review submittals and shop drawings -Perform design reviews including OPR, BOD, Plans and Specifications -Develop project specific test scripts including Level 2 Installation Verification Checklists, Level 4

What You Bring

-A high-level understating of engineering knowledge, specifically in the built environment. -Certification in Building Commissioning is not required but preferred. -Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze relevant information and provide thoughtful solutions. -You will be comfortable working around Mechanical HVAC equipment and systems -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety is not required but preferred. -Professional Engineering License a plus -OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety is required. -Ability to respond thoughtfully and effectively to sensitive situations. -Knowledge of Building Automation Systems is a plus -You have experience in design and/or construction of hyperscale Data Centers -Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning and project management experience -Field experience is preferred
