Tasks
-Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to high-value commercial real estate clients -Actively contribute to CRM utilization and sales process optimization -Leverage an existing, active book of business to drive immediate growth across EBI’s service lines -Identify and close new business opportunities with institutional investors, REITs, private equity firms, lenders, and developers -Maintain and develop long-term client relationships based on a deep understanding of client goals, asset lifecycle needs, and industry challenges -Provide market intelligence to inform EBI’s sales strategy, forecasting, and service development

What You Bring
-Deep understanding of the commercial real estate and finance ecosystem, including relevant regulations, trends, and buying cycles -Must exhibit excellent business development, customer service, technical knowledge, and leadership skills, and work well within a multidisciplinary team environment -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field -Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition, with a verifiable book of business -Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; capable of engaging C-level decision-makers -Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a senior client-facing or business development role in commercial real estate advisory, environmental consulting, or sustainability services
