The Role

Overview

Lead ERP enhancements, manage financial systems team, support users & reporting.

Tasks

-Working with external partners on system updates and improvements. -Keeping an eye out for ways to make our processes better and more efficient. -Supporting users with training, access, and day-to-day system questions. -Helping with audits and making sure we stay compliant. -Leading the charge on improving and expanding our ERP system (NetSuite), including adding new modules and features. -Owning our reporting framework and helping teams get the data they need. -Building great relationships with teams across the company to understand their challenges and help solve them. -Managing system changes, upgrades, and releases — and making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You Bring

-Post secondary degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin., Information Systems or related field. -Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. -A knack for project management and juggling multiple priorities. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset. -A professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) is considered an asset. -Experience with NetSuite is a must; OneStream or Costpoint is a bonus. -Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team, including team management and mentoring. -Strong communication skills — you’re great at working with both technical and non-technical teams. -5+ years of progressive experience in financial systems management, preferably within a multi-entity, service-based organization.
