Tasks

-Provide training and guidance to relevant teams to ensure awareness and compliance with FATCA CRS obligations -Develop, implement, and maintain FATCA CRS policies, guidelines, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulatory requirements -Ensure timely and accurate submission of FATCA and CRS reports to the regulatory authorities -Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients to determine FATCA CRS classification and reporting obligations -Monitor FATCA and CRS regulatory changes, assess their impact, and update management and internal procedures promptly to ensure continued compliance -Identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies in client documentation related to tax residency -Escalate complex or high-risk cases to Senior Management and ensure all risks are clearly highlighted and approved -Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of FATCA CRS controls and reporting systems -Provide compliance oversight and governance for FATCA and CRS across the organization -Monitor internal processes to ensure correct collection, validation, and retention of self-certifications and KYC documentation -Liaise with regulators, auditors, and supervisory authorities in connection with FATCA CRS compliance reviews and examinations.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of FATCA CRS and KYC regulations and understanding of industry best practices & internal controls -Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders and clients -CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certifications are preferred -Working knowledge of reporting systems, data validation tools, and compliance monitoring solutions -Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate across departments -Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. -Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure -Minimum 4 to 5 years of FATCA CRS compliance experience in insurance, banking, or financial services in the UAE -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
