-EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification -Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and weekends is required upon hire -Seven (7) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry -Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills. -Refrigeration Certification preferred -Five (5) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry with a Journeyman status or willing to obtain journeyman status -Mechanical journeyman status
