Overview

Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections for multi-unit property.

Tasks

-Assists the Maintenance Supervisor to better the property and position through great ideas -Respond to Work Orders per company policy -Ensure company policy and state and federal safety and fair housing laws are adhered to -Participate in the daily operations of the property -Conduct regular health and safety inspections -Inspecting units for Move In readiness

Requirements

What You Bring

-A minimum of 1 year maintenance experience, required -Experience with plumbing, electrical and HVAC, preferred -Must live within 30 minutes of property and have a valid driver’s license -Good organizational and people skills -Maintenance experience in multi-unit complexes or hotels preferred -HVAC Certification, preferred -Mechanical background, preferred -Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment
