Oversees client service management, delivering continuous client satisfaction and implementing high client service standards for the team.

Holds ultimate responsibility for team’s financial performance, project management activities, and quality of project deliverables.
Works closely with group leaders to set priorities, manage workloads, and resource allocation, and ensure groups are accomplishing goals and contributing to strong team performance.
Establishes and communicates team objectives, develops plans and strategies that align with firmwide goals, and sets high performance expectations for the team.
Manages staff and team dynamics, fostering a collaborative work environment and a high-performance culture in which individuals and groups are positioned to grow and succeed.

Strong leadership and management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related area preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
Successful experience in building and maintaining strong workloads.
Minimum of ten years of related experience within an applicable field or discipline.
Strong communication skills.
Must have at least six years of experience supervising technical personnel.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
Must be a registered professional engineer.
Ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff who deliver results.
