Project Manager

Overview

Manage construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• cost control

• tender estimation

Tasks

-Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project -Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors -Involvement with tendering/estimation -Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements -Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings -Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program -Manage construction and refurbishment projects from initial setup through to completion
