Tasks

-Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending technology-driven solutions. -Drive process optimization and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracy. -Mentor and lead a team of business systems analysts, developers, and administrators, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. -Manage integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools to ensure seamless data flow and real-time visibility across departments. -Report regularly to senior leadership on application performance, project status, and strategic opportunities to further digital transformation. -Establish and maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing. -Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with internal controls and data security standards. -Lead the lifecycle management of core business systems—NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Arena PLM—including implementation, enhancement, integration, and user adoption. -Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure effective delivery of support and enhancements. -Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Sales) to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective, system-based solutions. -Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and scalability to support global operations.

What You Bring

-Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy industries. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. -Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in multiple geographic locations and managing complex IT or systems transformation projects. -Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile methodologies. -Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. -Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, iPaaS). -ERP, CRM, PDM, and PLM system administration and optimization -Clear, collaborative communication -Process mapping and business workflow design -Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP, Salesforce (Sales and Service Clouds), and Arena PLM. -5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or business systems (ERP, CRM, PLM). -Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA with a focus on Information Systems. -Familiarity with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms. -Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives through enterprise systems.
