Develop detailed proposal schedules, manage internal deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the submission process.
Complete final submission logistics, close-out processes, and ongoing content refinement.
Maintain CRM systems, and pursuit data to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Uphold brand and editorial standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all proposal documents.
Support the writing and editing of non-technical content to ensure proposals are persuasive, accurate, and aligned with Arcadis’ messaging and tone.
Lead the collection, curation, and organization of proposal content, including project narratives, resumes, and other collateral.
Coordinate and collaborate with pursuit leads, technical professionals, and design/communications teams to develop high-quality proposal responses.
Analyze and respond to incoming procurement documents (RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, SOQs, etc.), ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a proposal or marketing role within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with proposal or technical writing.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and content management tools.
Strong understanding of RFP requirements and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline
