  • Manage labor and material claims to Master from customers.
  • Represent The Master Group at all times while interacting with internal and external customers and building owners.
  • Work with the supplier and customers to find solutions to technical issues on job sites.
  • Act as technical resource to The Master Group office staff.
  • Prepare and provide technical training and fulfill the objectives given by the sales director.
  • Assist customers in trouble shooting of HVAC-R equipment. Assistance may be conducted through visits to the customer job site and by phone.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel if needed.
  • Proficient in trouble shooting mechanical equipment controls.
  • Comfortable reading building mechanical plans.
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • College diploma from technical school in HVAC-R related field and/ or related experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Proficient at writing reports and ability to present technical information to internal and external stakeholders.
