Tasks

-Define and maintain messaging alignment, editorial standards, and writing style guidelines -Lead and manage inhouse copywriters & freelancers managing the production workflows across the team -Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and impact across multiple content formats -Establish best practices & governance around GenAI use cases within Content CoE helping balance creativity & authenticity with speed -Manage editorial planning calendar, intake processes, and prioritization of content needs in collaboration with design teams -Audit current content inventory and identify critical content gaps -Collaborate with marketing operations and creative teams on asset management, taxonomy, metadata, and publishing workflows -Develop and lead content planning practices across teams -Partner with portfolio, product, regional and account-based marketing teams to align on content strategy & priorities

What You Bring

-Energy industry or related industry experience is a big plus – alternatively, deep understanding of audience needs and buyer’s journey in complex industries required -12-15 years in B2B content strategy, editorial, or messaging roles -Highly comfortable working hands-on in lean, fast-moving environment -Experience with content audits, gap analysis, and planning frameworks -Strategic thinker with operational instincts -Exceptional editorial and writing skills; strong content judgment -Has prior experience in building Content teams for large enterprises
