Undertake regular property inspections, internally and externally including daily impromptu inspections, weekly exception reports and structured quarterly inspection reports
Provide 24-hour property emergency assistance
Work effectively with the Operations SME teams (eg. Fire) and contractors to ensure works are communicated and completed with minimal disruption to customers
Provide exceptional and timely customer service and communication to internal and external contacts including customers, contractors, consultants, property visitors, the general public and other Goodman staff
Study assistance for postgraduate and undergraduate courses
Manage the general operation and maintenance of a portfolio of properties in accordance with all legislative and WHS requirements
Manage and participate in risk management strategies including regular property inspections and audits to identify any potential property risks and implement procedures to eliminate or control potential risks
Manage contractors to ensure compliance with legislative and Goodman operational requirements including induction, completion of property documentation and delivery of high-quality workmanship in a safe manner
Manage property operations efficiently and effectively in accordance with Goodman operational requirements in order to maintain a consistently high standard of property operation
Maintain a diarised record of daily property operations including maintenance and any unusual occurrences such as accidents/injuries/near misses, complaints, breakdowns, or breaches of security, detailing the nature, time and location of the matter including names and contact details where possible. Incidents must also be reported to management via an incident report
Ensure the highest level of property presentation through regular property inspections and maintenance
Act as the first point of contact for building related matters and liaise appropriately with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage issues

Compliance – understand the key components of the BCA as it applies to permitted uses for industrial and business park assets. Understand WHS and contamination of land legislation as it applies to portfolio assets
Must hold current First Aid certification / willingness to obtain
Intermediate/strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
Tertiary qualification in a related discipline such as property, business, mechanical, electrical, fire or hydraulic services and/or a building qualification
Commercial background with hands-on experience in the day-to-day running/coordination of buildings, including exposure to all facets of building services (within industrial sector is preferred)
Must hold current Working Safely at Heights accreditation / willingness to obtain
Physical / structural – have a knowledge of the physical and structural elements of industrial, business park and suburban office buildings
Must hold current Permit Issuer accreditation / willingness to obtain
Must hold current driver’s licence
