Tasks

-Track the status of utilities NOCs and ensure completion within the required timeframes. -Support the project team in obtaining all required approvals in a timely manner. -Liaise with relevant government agencies, authorities, and the client team to secure necessary approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs). -Attend project meetings, provide updates on NOC progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks. -Regularly review project schedules to identify potential delays or deviations related to NOC progress and recommend corrective actions. -Coordinate with clients (internal and external) and liaise with government entities and service authorities across the UAE to address technical queries and resolve issues. -Collect and consolidate information from agencies, consultants, and contractors to prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports, as well as design documentation for management and clients. -Participate in design coordination meetings, contributing to process improvements where necessary. -Attend project kick-off and coordination meetings, providing support to the design team throughout the NOC process. -Monitor the progress of drawings and documentation related to NOC submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What You Bring

-5–10 years of relevant experience in NOC coordination, preferably within the infrastructure sector. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -Valid UAE driving license and access to a car, as the role requires frequent travel to government offices and service authorities. -A diploma or degree in engineering from a recognized university (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred). -Fluent in speaking and writing in Arabic -Demonstrated experience liaising with government authorities in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, with a strong understanding of their NOC systems and processes.
