Account Compliance Manager

Description

The Account Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of cleaning services performed by commercial crews during night operations. This role involves inspecting facilities after crews have completed their work, verifying compliance with client expectations and company standards, and providing feedback to both staff and management to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

• Document inspection findings, note deficiencies, and communicate corrective actions to site supervisors or cleaning staff.
• Conduct nightly inspections of assigned commercial facilities to evaluate cleaning quality and adherence to contract specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
• Build positive relationships with clients and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide coaching and support to cleaning teams to improve performance and consistency.
• Report facility conditions, supply needs, and maintenance issues to management.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory standards within our organization for SECOND SHIFT. This is not a daytime job. Hours range from 2:00pm to 1:00am.

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit multiple sites as needed.
• Previous experience in janitorial operations, quality control, or facility management preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
