Tasks

-Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air -Will operate hand and power tools of all types, mechanical hoists, -Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. -Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. -Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational -Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. -Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. -Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. -Clean and prepare work area, and clean up rubble, debris and other -Assist other craft and trade workers.

What You Bring

-Two (2) years of experience working in HVAC -Hearing ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment. -Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment for up to 50 -Note:** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United -Ability to work in shared space. -Learning agility to master new software. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Visual acuity to read blueprints, technical documents, and computer -Capable of working in various environmental conditions, including -Ability to use hands to operate equipment and construction-related -High School Diploma or equivalent required -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including -Excellent organizational skills. -Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment. -Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism. -Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision. -Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills. -Experience in residential or commercial construction or service -Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding as needed to
