Tasks

-Follow all safety procedures and company policies -Maintain exceptional customer service standards -Properly identify and order all necessary replacement parts -Operate service van in a clean, safe, and secure manner -Assist with training/mentoring apprentice technicians through on-the-job training -Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on material handling equipment

What You Bring

-Basic computer/tablet knowledge (Microsoft and Apple operating systems) -Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems with limited standardization; interpret various types of instructions -Mathematical Skills: Calculate figures including discounts, percentages; understand weight, volume, and distance measurements -Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and maintenance instructions -Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be maintained throughout employment) -Customer Service: Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills -High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate preferred -Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and communicate -Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl -Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 75 pounds -Specific vision abilities required including close/distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception -Demonstrated ability to repair equipment per skill level
