Tasks

-Providing buildability and construction input into the detailed design completed by the Lot 1 designers -Installing permanent overhead line tower foundations -Create site operation methods -Managing Utility diversions -Installing all temporary works, haul roads, drainage, compounds -Ensure ITPs are followed and reported -Clearing the way of all constraints to allow the new overhead lines to be built. -Raising NCRs and close out -Work on one of the most significant energy upgrades in UK history -Set Section engineer daily / weekly tasks

What You Bring

-Circa 5+ years delivery infrastructure projects -HSE management and leadership capabilities -Quality management expertise and attention to technical detail -Design & Build experience -Track record of delivering major infrastructure projects (Power, Electricifcation, Civils, Rail, Highways, Wastewater or similar) -Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation -Good understanding of project delivery lifecycle – scope, schedule, cost, and quality -Degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualification, including apprenticeship routes, and on-the-job experience -Understand setting out data -Effective contractor management and construction knowledge -GIS Mapping -National Grid Projects experience -Temporary Works Knowledge
