Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices. -Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, address concerns, and provide turf care recommendations. -Work each day amongst beautifully maintained gardens and open spaces. -Engage in social events fostering team camaraderie. -Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques. -Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks, and deliver exceptional results. -Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. -Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces.
