Evaluate current Siemens immigration processes, suggesting improvements where needed to improve operational objectives.
Create and provide immigration training presentations to interested parties.
Serve as the immigration consultant for each segment and provide strategic solutions, working with outside counsel for more complex cases.
Proactively communicate with employees and other relevant contacts regarding the status of their visa cases and extensions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards for all work performed.
Support the US-inbound immigration needs of all the sectors across the enterprise, file casework with the vendor, maintain their visa status, and where applicable manage the permanent residency process.
Maintain centralized immigration folders on all visa and Green Card cases.
Advise key stakeholders on US immigration regulation, alerts, updates, procedures, etc. to support the business in their headcount planning.
Maintain monthly billing Excel spreadsheets & status reports.
Partner with HR to maintain compliance with immigration law. Where applicable, support filing a new visa petition in line with associated change(s).
Monthly invoicing for outside vendors
Develop and leverage external networks to stay on top of US immigration updates and trends to benchmark and develop alternative solutions to immigration challenges.

Knowledge of employment-based U.S. and global visas/work permits, permanent residency applications, and related immigration processes, forms, applications, laws, and compliance trends
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Strong organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Written and oral communication skills that strengthen and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships.
Work effectively and confidently with outside counsel, customers, and all levels of stakeholders.
