This is a self employed Franchise Owner/Regional Director role located in the Edinburgh and Stirling area with an investment of £30,000 plus VAT required. The Franchise Owner/Regional Director will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing all operational activities, providing employee training and support to staff, driving sales/growth, recruiting new staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and a tenacious mindset to ensure the success and growth of the franchise.
