Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Water Resources projects
Stream Restoration Planning and Design
Help design drainage and stormwater analysis and design
Water Quality Planning and Design
Floodplain Management, Studies and Mapping
Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors
Flood Control Planning and Design
Perform drafting CAD work
Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer
Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies
Perform calculations and analysis for design projects
Requirements

Experience with HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS is preferred, however not required
Great communication skills
Halff has conducted formal technical training programs for more than 30 years.
Solid relationship and team building skills
Self-motivated and strong organization skills
Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree
