To support the execution of complex customer projects by leading coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication activities, ensuring project delivery is aligned with scope, timeline, and quality expectations. -Coordinate FAT scheduling and execution in collaboration with the manufacturing and customer teams -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. -Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Act as the main point of contact between internal departments and the customer during execution phases -Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation plans -Support material planning by coordinating with procurement for long-lead items -Assist in managing project changes related to scope, cost, or timeline, ensuring technical and commercial impacts are considered -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Support and lead customer kick-off meetings in coordination with the project manager -Coordinate with internal teams to build and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables -Monitor project progress and alert the project manager of any risks to timely delivery -Ensure alignment between design approvals and project timelines through collaboration with design and customer teams -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Follow up on invoice status and provide support in coordination with the finance and sales teams -Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Participate in the order handover process and ensure receipt and verification of all required documentation from the sales team -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Maintain up-to-date project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle -Support OBD scheduling and communication with relevant stakeholders -Ensure timely execution of assigned project tasks and contribute to overall project delivery success -Monitor risk items regularly and escalate critical issues to management when needed
