Tasks

-Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of payroll tax returns and union benefit reporting -Direct the successful outcome of annual audits (i.e., Payroll and Union) -Establish and maintain the payroll set-up tables and data in the ERP -Ensure payroll operations comply with local, state and federal regulations -Manage and process payroll for the entire organization, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time -Prepare and submit OCIP/CCIP reporting for applicable projects

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience managing multi-state payroll -Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a range of partners, managers, and subject matter experts -Experience working with large ERP systems (i.e., ViewPoint, Spectrum preferred, but not required)
