  • Challenge assumptions and surface hard issues with leaders and project teams respectfully, ensuring risks and adoption concerns are addressed.
  • Collaborate with Change Management teammates to build the change capability of the organization, share best practices and establish organizational standards.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on implementation progress and outcomes, making continuous improvements to maximize ROI and benefit realization.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure change management is integrated into overall project planning and execution.
  • Coach and support leaders, managers, project teams and change leads to strengthen change management execution and build change capability across the organization.
  • Anticipate and address resistance to change, develop strategies to overcome challenges and maintain momentum.
  • Develop and facilitate competency-building workshops for all levels of the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of structured change management strategies and execution plans to achieve business objectives and ROI.
  • Assess organizational impacts and readiness for change and design interventions that foster adoption.
  • Identify, engage, and support change champions and stakeholders at all levels to build advocacy and support of changes.
  • Develop and maintain business unit change portfolio.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches and experience with large-scale organizational change.

  • Ability to influence without authority and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to coach, facilitate, and develop others.
  • Strong composure and resilience under pressure, persisting through obstacles.
  • Certification in Prosci or CCMP preferred.

  • Confidence and presence when engaging senior leaders, with the ability to influence respectfully and effectively.

  • Political and interpersonal savvy to navigate complex situations and build effective relationships.
  • Ability to lead and execute change management efforts.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational leadership, or related field.
