Tasks

-Assist with submittals, RFIs, and work plan preparation as needed -Support project managers and field teams with planning, scheduling, and procurement -Place and track material orders per submittals and specifications -Communicate with vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery of materials -Help coordinate communication between field, BIM, and management teams -Maintain accurate procurement and delivery records -Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines -Attend project meetings and perform field walks as required

What You Bring

-Must have 2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination -Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel -Must have OSHA 10 certification; TI may provide to qualified candidates -Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused -Must have strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills -Must pass background check & drug screen
