Tasks
-Lead efforts to expand and develop Franchise Partners. -Lead go-to-market strategies for new customer acquisition, product introduction, and account expansion. -Provide quotation support and basic technical consultation for the SI‑EP product portfolio. -Screen and prioritize business opportunities based on financial viability, strategic fit, and risk. -Improve Wall-to-Wall profit and channel performance across North America. -Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market-specific product development and localization. -Represent Siemens externally and provide guidance on complex technical and commercial matters. -Coordinate closely with Regional Groups (RGs), EP North America HQ, and UL Segment leaders to support solution development and pricing. -Act as primary contact to key affiliate leaders, coordinating sales alignment, product support, and strategic direction. -Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to shape commercial strategy. -Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities to grow Siemens EP market position within Canada. -Acts as mentor and coach to peers and junior team members. -Develop strategic business plans aligned with EP North America objectives, including affiliate and segment-specific needs. -Build and maintain high-level relationships with customers across all functions and decision-making levels. -Evaluate, optimize, and expand distribution channels to increase reach and performance. -Support pricing strategy, marketing programs, and product positioning in alignment with Canadian market dynamics.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. -Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. -Strong analytical, communication, and partner management skills. -3+ years of experience with the following: -Progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the electrical products industry. -Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority. -Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, strategic planning, and technical solution sales. -Understand and support affiliate market strategies and requirements (Canada-focused). -Experience with Low Voltage product management. -Operational knowledge of the Canadian market required. -Fluency in French is a plus. -Fluency in English. -Ability to travel extensively within region, up to 50% initially. -10+ years of experience with the following: -Expertise in Siemens low voltage product portfolios including Busway, Switchgear, Panelboards, Switchboards, Miniature Breakers, MCCBs, AFCIs, Switches, and Controls.
