The Role

Overview

Admin support for the Learning & Development team, managing training records, compliance and system improvement.

Tasks

-Ensure all training and assessments undertaken within the L&D system is current and in accordance with required standards and complies with MLG and legislative requirements -Quality assurance of completed assessment records completed -Support future learning systems capabilities on site as required -Assist and advise with the design and development of learning material -Develop and promote continuous improvement to the L&D systems -Evaluate and report on all training activities as required -Provide training to Sites on the current and future Learning System capabilities. -Develop, monitor and maintain Administration proficiencies within MLG -Providing day-to-day support to trainers and assessors as required

What You Bring

-Perth-based candidates only -Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy -Understanding of compliance and audit-readiness in training environments -Minimum 1 year of administration experience (site-based experience preferred) -C Class Licence or transport to and from office -Perth based -Intermediate MS Excel skills (filters, basic formulas) -Strong communication and organisation skills -Approachable Management & Inclusive team culture -Familiarity with training systems or Learning & Development processes
