Tasks

-Identify and manage stakeholder risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. -Build relationships and advocate for communities throughout project planning and delivery. -Track engagement outcomes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. -Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and government to enable project success. -Prepare clear, engaging communication materials including newsletters, updates and briefings. -Develop and deliver community and stakeholder engagement plans for major infrastructure projects.

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations or related field. -NSW driver licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain). -Strong ability to manage sensitive community issues and high-profile projects. -IAP2 Foundations certification (preferred). -6+ years’ experience in community engagement for major infrastructure or construction projects. -Proven skills in communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
