Tasks

-Ensure health and safety compliance and address issues immediately. -Plan and schedule production to meet demand and timelines. -Manage resources (equipment, facilities, stock) and liaise with procurement for component availability. -Lead and develop the team, set performance goals, and manage engagement and training needs. -Drive continuous improvement through lean practices, 5S, and process optimization. -Monitor production processes, enforce quality standards, and adjust schedules as needed. -Track and report KPIs (safety, quality, inventory, productivity, cost) and ensure customer orders meet time, budget, and quality targets. -Control costs and budgets, ensuring production remains cost-effective.

What You Bring

-Experience in electronics/PCBA (SMT, test) is a plus; lean/5S required. -Proven delivery against safety, quality, inventory, and productivity KPIs. -Proficient with ERP/MES and data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI/Excel). -5+ years’ production/manufacturing leadership in high volume environments
