Tasks
-Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, partnerships, and marketing performance. -Listen to phone calls and provide feedback to improve customer service, lead handling, and follow-up performance. -Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. -Participate in follow-up calls, tours, and resident activities as needed or directed by the Community Manager to support leasing efforts and ensure a consistent brand experience. -Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to optimize content and advertising strategies. -Design and distribute marketing materials and campaigns aligned with the community’s brand identity. -Create and manage local business partnerships and sponsorships to drive referral traffic and promote community involvement. -Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.) to increase engagement, promote available homes, and highlight the lifestyle at AOG Living. -Develop and maintain content calendars, coordinate photo and video shoots, and ensure consistent posting of high-quality, engaging content. -Collaborate with the leasing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive qualified traffic and improve lead-to-lease conversion. -Review traffic reports and marketing source data to evaluate lead generation and campaign effectiveness. -Build and maintain partnerships with local housing agencies, employers, relocation specialists, and community organizations to expand leasing opportunities and generate qualified leads. -Plan and execute resident events, community outreach activities, and open houses to showcase AOG Living as a vibrant and desirable living destination. -Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan focused on increasing occupancy and enhancing brand awareness.

What You Bring
-Proven success in building partnerships with housing agencies and local organizations. -2+ years of experience in property management marketing, multifamily housing, or related industry. -Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. -Strong knowledge of social media management, digital advertising, and community outreach. -Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
