Overview

Provide application support and incident management for the transportation team.

Tasks

-Delivering remote solutions and coaching to the user base, helping in delivering the outputs from the Business Systems Team strategy. -Managing user incidents & requests in a timely manner, ensuring swift resolution or further expert engagement -Validating and actioning requests for alterations to the system configuration, supporting system upgrade projects and regression testing, liaising with the business regarding any issues, findings or updates they may need to be made aware of -Working with 3rd party providers regarding system issues, performing system housekeeping routines & checks -Collaborating with the Business Systems Team delivering improvement projects, introducing new or enhanced software, configurations, or functionality aimed at reducing query volumes and increasing user efficiency

-Hold the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working to work to tight deadlines, a logical mind-set with the skill to adapt quickly -Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills, are technically competent with good Microsoft Office skills -Have good interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with all levels
