Reporting to the Sales Director, you will combine strategic sales and business development with a strong technical understanding to identify and execute new business opportunities. You will represent SFC Energy in a high-growth environment where your work directly impacts national security, infrastructure protection, and the deployment of green energy.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate and expand our presence in the target markets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of SFC Energy LLC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of SFC Energy’s products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of DMFC and Hydrogen Fuel Cell technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyse market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, sales performance, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, engineering, and customer support.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities in the CCTV, Telecom, and Traffic sectors.

  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on technology solutions in the CCTV, Telecom, or Traffic markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Deep understanding of mobile surveillance technologies, infrastructure deployment, or alternative power systems is a strong asset.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Extensive travel across the United States to meet clients, attend industry events, and build a robust network in the industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
