Tasks

-Take care of a variety of commercial buildings in your portfolio. -Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. -Lead FM service delivery across a national portfolio, ensuring compliance and quality. -Oversee risk management, WHS compliance, and contractor engagement. -Manage day-to-day building operations and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) via FRC. -Procure and manage goods, services, and contractors in line with Knight Frank policies. -Provide strategic and technical advice to optimise asset performance and sustainability. -Conduct regular inspections and implement emergency procedures.
