Manage demo samples, showroom exhibits, and provide AV technical support.

Tasks

-Provide technical support and on-site assistance as needed for demo sample usage. -Assist in receiving visiting customers and deliver product presentations and demonstrations in the showroom. -Fully responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of demo samples in the US subsidiary, including inventory control, sample request intake, order review, allocation, functionality testing, repair, shipment, return, and restocking. -Responsible for the daily maintenance, functionality assurance, and periodic updates of showroom exhibits. -Handle part of the after-sales technical support, including RMA repairs, troubleshooting, and necessary on-site service trips.

What You Bring

-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. -Bachelor’s degree required (technical, business, or related field preferred). -Minimum 2 years of customer service, service coordination, or administrative experience. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, quoting, and documentation. -Knowledge of electronics, AV systems, or LED display technology preferred. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. -Willingness to learn technical concepts and product knowledge over time. -Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client and internal needs.
