We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior GIS/CAD Specialist to support the delivery of large-scale masterplanning projects as part of a growing masterplanning and urban design team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of professional experience within urban planning, architecture, or landscape architecture environments, with a strong focus on projects in the Middle East region. -Strong understanding of spatial analysis, data management, and cartographic principles. -Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -3–4 years’ experience working on large-scale masterplanning projects. -Familiarity with regional planning regulations and cultural contexts in the Middle East. -Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, ModelBuilder) is a plus. -Proven experience delivering projects in the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar). -Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with BIM integration and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Rhino, Revit). -Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
