Overview
Estimate and plan electrical projects, manage resources, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Tasks
-Revises estimate to conform to changes while work is in progress and reviews actual manhours and material costs against estimated costs. -Comply with all Company policies and procedures. -Determines specifications and construction codes to detail projects. -Dealing with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations. -Has authority to contact or respond to craftsmen, supervisors, and customers for input or clarification on specific problems. -Maintain regular and punctual attendance. -Performs basic engineering and design tasks to detail required work. -Reads and interprets blueprints to determine material take-off and design feasibility. -Plans prioritize and monitor work assignments. -Has authority to perform all tasks/functions required to accomplish assigned duties in accordance with the ISS Contract and Corporate Procedures. -Obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) and National Agency Check (NAC) as required by contract. -Review and analyze data and information utilizing Means and Maintenance Connection. -Prepares project electrical estimates for alteration, repair, or Determines methods and materials required for completion of project. -If necessary, prepares sketches showing construction details and prepares lists of materials. Initiate's procurement of supplies and material for jobs and ensures availability of equipment to complete job. -Coordinates and maintains liaison with users of facilities, DPW requesters, engineering, personnel, etc. to gather information, furnish advice and assistance or affect mutual accord on scheduling and plans. -Visits job site while work is in progress to ensure specifications are adequate and requirements are satisfied. Inspects work of subcontractors or other service providers to ensure work complies with contractual requirements. Completes inspection and completion reports as required. -Timely completion and accuracy of all departmental work. -Uses computer software to calculate job estimates including Means. Prepares and submits estimates for approval. -Interact with employees and others in the workplace in an appropriate manner. -Complete assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner. -Use a computer for tasks such as communicating by email and preparing reports and work schedules using Microsoft software.

What You Bring
-Meet requirements for: pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and MVR check (MVR points are subject to company policy) -Working knowledge of common computer applications such as: spreadsheet date bases, word processing, and email. -Ability to stand for prolonged -Working closely and harmoniously with other employees. -Minimum 5 years of working knowledge in electrical construction and / or maintenance. -Ability to receive and understand direction from supervision and -Requires skills necessary to deal with customers in a cooperative and tactful manner. -Valid State Driver's License -Working independently with minimum supervision. -Must be able to climb ladders and enter restricted spaces with appropriate PPE. -Ability to work in cold/hot/dusty/loud -Ability to sit for prolonged periods -Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 -Possess a demonstrated experience in resource coordination and familiarity with broad range of multi-function government installation maintenance activities supporting critical missions. -Compliant with company standard operating procedures and personnel policies and procedures. -Timely, accurate, cost-effective performance of duties. -Ability to work shifts of at least 8 hours, and occasionally longer, 5 days per -APTIM - Helpful Documents -Ability to work in office -Journeyman electrician preferred. -Having the ability to work well under pressure.
