Tasks

-Drive your team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality project results -Develop and mentor team members, helping grow their skill sets and knowledge -Support fast-paced aerial and underground (UGE) GigaPower projects -Provide leadership and direction to multiple crews and daily jobsite activities -Work hands-on with your crew performing fiber splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and activations -Jump in as needed to assist with other responsibilities, such as placing and pulling fiber alongside other crews -Provide excellent customer service when working with customers on escalated or urgent issues -Support and reinforce the company-wide safety culture

What You Bring

-Hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems in the field and working alongside the crew. -Willing to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation when needed. -Strong fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience, knowledgeable in equipment (fusion splicer, OTDR, DWDM/CWDM, OLTS, power meter, etc.). -At least 2 years of experience on wireline fiber projects with higher-count fibers (288+) and familiarity with single, loose tube, and ribbon splicing methods. -At least 1 year of experience as a lead or foreman, with the ability to mentor and develop others. -Valid driver’s license with a clean record; DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one). CDL preferred. -Comfortable documenting work and navigating tracking apps/project software.
