Tasks

-Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the talent acquisition process. -Utilize a mix of targeted, creative sourcing methods. -Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify, define and understand staffing needs. -Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates, ensuring a consistent pool of talent for current and future openings. -Follow OFCCP compliant talent acquisition processes. -Operate as a good teammate to fellow adjacent recruiting peers. -Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance recruitment tactics. -Source, woo, and hire, project managers, electrical designers and project engineers, and other critical roles. -Lead by example by modeling. -Identify and understand the speech of another person. -Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. -Attend events targeted at recruiting construction leaders. -Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.

A baseline of social skills needed to productively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. -Flexibility: able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Compliance. The ability to follow process and follow direction from superiors. -Empathy. The ability to understand the point of view and feelings of candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. -Firm understanding of compliance in the recruiting process (OFCCP, FLSA). -A background with a staffing company or military recruiting. -Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment database system, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management (CRMs), internet, HRIS system, MS Word, Excel, Outlook. -Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. -Experience within the electrical construction in the critical infrastructure or related industry is a must. -Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and organization to achieve team objectives. -Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time. -Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard. -Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Relationship Management. The ability to develop meaningful and productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. -Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. -Travel: 10-30% -Excellent time management and prioritization skills. -Experience recruiting project managers, electrical designers and engineers is top priority. -Strong working knowledge in creating reports and analytics either ad hoc or from the data systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS). -Effective teammates elevate others around themselves by teaching, communicating and helping. -Selfstarter, ability to work with minimal supervision. -Strong proficiency with utilizing Excel to create pivot tables and analyze results and forecasts. We cannot train someone on Excel. Reporting is a major part of the role. -Outstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. -Organization. A basic baseline of organizational skills. -5+ Years recruiting experience with a bachelor’s in business or related field. -Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
