Tasks

-Answer questions from escrow/central operations personnel, outside counsel, and underwriting; and produce any followup in a timely manner -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Perform survey reviews upon request -Prepare and maintain subdivision base files and templates -Provide administrative support in the preparation of title commitments -Evaluate and compile documents from plant databases -Participate in company sponsored seminars, meetings, and training -Prepare attorney objection letter responses upon request -Provide administrative assistance with title commitment updates as needed -Examine documents from the plant database for sufficiency in all types of transactions -Prepare title reports and abstractor certificates
