Manage the training platform (LMS), including monitoring sales, scheduling courses, and issuing certificates.
Drive personal sales performance by developing business relationships and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to achieve targets.
Build and nurture a local network of partners (consultants, channels).
Develop and expand the account base for the Business Assurance unit.
Maintain and strengthen customer loyalty, managing recertification and retention of existing clients by addressing queries and renegotiating terms to ensure continued partnership with DNV.
Proactively identify and approach target companies, generating business opportunities aligned with DNV’s service portfolio.
Generate new business opportunities for certification and training services.
Negotiate and finalize business contracts to achieve individual sales goals.
Fostering strong client relationships.
Represent DNV at local events, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Minimum 2 years’ industry experience preferred.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the certification market in Australia.
