Tasks

-Responsible for maintaining key relationships – retail brand owners; Mall Owners, Mall Leasing Teams, High-street Landlords. -Responsible for identifying quality Real Estate Supply in the market and managing Landlord relationships, in coordination with the Supply team.

What You Bring

-Ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels. -Should be open to travel -Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. -Must have an in-depth knowledge of various retail formats & F&B brands; and their business models / profitability, in order to determine which brands can be placed in which development. -Work Experience : 5 - 7 years + (services industry). Must have worked in an external client-facing role. -Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape. -Knowledge of F&B leasing; across various assets: Malls, High-Streets, Mixed-Use. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint -The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record in business development, and a strong commitment to achieving targets. -Experience of working “directly” with such key stakeholders and their Business Development teams. Must have “direct” contacts with such owners and not just through the teams below. -Should possess a large network of key stakeholders within F&B industry – promoters / entrepreneurs; large business houses which own multiple brands under their portfolio. -Demonstrated experience of assisting F&B brands in growing geographically across West India / Bangalore / Hyderabad -Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. -Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and client visits. -Graduate or a Post Graduate.
