Tasks

-Lead all material and logistics activities for the EPBL program. -Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability. -Monitor and analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and adjust procurement plans accordingly. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives in materials management processes. -Utilize ERP and MAXIMO systems for material planning and reporting. -Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; assist with contract negotiations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. -Ensure parts forecasts are accurate and available for all repair orders. -Manage the materials management team, including warehousing, planners, buyers, and inventory control staff. -Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization, cost reduction, and supplier performance improvement.

-Demonstrated ability to implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives. -Background in global supply chain management. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions. -Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering functional objectives. -Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. -Proficiency in ERP systems and material planning tools. -Experience with MAXIMO system. -Minimum of 9 years of experience in materials management or related field. -Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and logistics processes. -Bachelor’s degree required.
