Tasks

As an MEP Technical Engineer, you'll work alongside project leaders to ensure technical documents meet precise specifications, coordinate on-site execution, and uphold the quality of all MEP works. From pre-construction planning to close-out documentation, you'll help keep projects running smoothly and compliantly. Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE. -Assist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materials -Support Project Engineers in planning MEP systems for efficient project delivery -Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance -Ensure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specifications -Contribute to as-built documentation and final handover packages -Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated site execution -Monitor and track submittal approvals to uphold timelines and quality expectations -Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentation -Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders -Provide timely resolutions to site technical issues -Pursue continuous learning through courses, seminars, and certifications -Prepare and review technical submittals, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reports

What You Bring

Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for precision and performance? Join us in delivering high-quality MEP systems for landmark projects in the UAE. -5 years of technical experience in MEP construction -Knowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standards -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required) -Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferred -Familiarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platforms -Solid knowledge of MEP systems and design processes -Strong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologies -Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
