Tasks

-Ensure compliance with national and international BIM regulations (e.g., ISO 19650). -Implement, manage, and deliver BIM on projects at a Business Unit Level -Generate reports and visualizations to support project planning and stakeholder communication -Evaluate and implement new BIM technologies, including integration with GIS, IoT, and digital twins. -Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. -Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices in BIM and how BIM software integrates with other business applications. -Manage software licenses, updates, and hardware requirements. -Oversee the work and development of multiple colleagues working on large projects. -Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models. -Collaborate with stakeholders to define BIM goals and deliverables. -Manage technical aspects of BIM production for projects or components of major projects -Lead BIM strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. -Develop & maintain detailed 3D BIM models, ensure models are compliant with project/industry standards and AEC industry requirements -Offer specialized assistance in resolving technical issues related to the execution of BIM applications -Manage the coordination and delivery of projects to meet time, quality, and budgetary targets, while exceeding clients’ expectations -Maintain accurate documentation of BIM processes and decisions. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models. And coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage clash detection and resolution. -Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards/project standards for all BIM Model, drawings & Documents -Offer technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues. -Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements -Provide training and mentorship to project teams on BIM tools (e.g., Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto).

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge and experience of BIM Software, Principles and best practices -Must have previous formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role experience -Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management and implementation, preferably in infrastructure/Architecture projects. -Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other BIM-related standards. -Working experience of setting up and mange CDE (Common data environment) into ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)/PW (ProjectWise) -Comprehensive knowledge of BIM standards (like ISO, PAS, BS, Uniclass, NBIMS etc.) -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Ability to use scripting (Dynamo/Python), and automation -Familiarity with digital twin technologies and smart infrastructure. -Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a BIM Manager or related role -Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, InfraWorks, ACC, ProjectWise and BIM 360. -Knowledge of GIS integration and asset management systems. -Experience with 4D/5D BIM (time and cost integration). -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Strong understanding of AEC industry design and construction workflows. -Working experience of developing and managing the BEP (BIM execution plan & digital delivery plan) -Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. -BIM certification would be preferred (e.g., Autodesk /Bentley Certified Professional) -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale AEC projects using BIM -Experience in handling and managing the project in Client portals like (Aconex, Business Collaborator, Asite etc.)
