Tasks

You will play a key role in working in a growth team to provide financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle, from investment decision and business case, through procurement and transaction processes, throughout the delivery phase and into operations. As an Associate you will be responsible for supporting deliverables and initiatives on projects across various functions and work streams. -Developing commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation and contracts. -Developing tender documentation and leading and managing tender processes. -Leveraging specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant infrastructure sectors (transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence and national security, real estate, or water). -Providing transaction management services. -Developing business cases and options. -Building financial models and conducting financial analysis. -Advising on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis. -Strategic asset management including development of asset management plans

What You Bring

-Commercial expertise working on large infrastructure projects ideally from a consultant/advisory perspective. -Highly developed written and oral communication skills. -Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline. -2–3 years of relevant industry experience -Demonstrated experience in the private sector or government (for example, professional services firms, management consultancy, corporate advisory, government infrastructure delivery teams, government treasury departments, investment banking or infrastructure funds).
