Tasks
-Administer multiple equity compensation plans for participants globally. -Oversee and prepare participant-wide communications. -Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of technology platforms used for compensation decisions. -Learn about peers’ processes and directives and incorporate them into the equity administration function as appropriate. -Prioritizes operational efficiency and looks for areas of improvement consistently. -Generates accurate work-product based on criteria of tasks assigned. -Participate in compensation surveys and conduct benchmarking & market trend analysis using the data from the surveys -Partner with stakeholders to validate multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings on payroll-related transactions. -Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors to ensure a best-in-class experience for employees. -Contribute to maintaining competitively positioned compensation structures and employee positioning through data-driven insights. -Create and reconcile various reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle. -Support the management of the annual year-end compensation process. -Utilize advanced Excel functions and BI tools to assess compensation outcomes, including pay gaps, incentive participation by role and region, and gender pay equity analysis. -Manage audit and data verification processes for all equity compensation plans. -Conduct analyses to support payroll validations and accounting inquiries

What You Bring
-Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to create interactive dashboards is an asset. -Utilizes problem-solving skills in a well-considered manner to identify and resolve issues. -Exhibits consistent attention to detail. -Maintains required level of knowledge of HRSS product & service offerings. -Resourceful and demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changing situations -Demonstrates productive analytical thinking. -Problem Solving: -Ability to conduct analysis and pull insights from large amount of data -Knowledge in equity compensation plans and related legislation, for both Canada and the US is an asset -1-2 years of relevant experience -Strong user knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly excel (pivot tables and lookups) -Self-directs and works independently with minimal supervision. -Knowledge of Shareworks equity administration system is an asset -Ability to multi-task and demonstrate superior self-organization skills. -University degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance)
