The Role

Overview

Maintain gardens and grounds, ensuring safety, cleanliness and horticultural standards.

Tasks

-Report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues to the Head Groundskeeper or Managing Agents. -Remove any items left in communal areas that may pose a hazard or breach safety regulations. -Keep the estate clean, tidy, and safe by litter picking and clearing waste. -Maintain a professional, approachable appearance and be courteous to all residents and visitors. -Identify and report health and safety or security concerns. -Uphold confidentiality and respect residents' privacy at all times. -Carry out daily gardening duties including mowing, strimming, weeding, hedge cutting, planting, mulching, and gritting.
